Q2. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

A2. If, upon receiving your product, you find that it is defective, I kindly request that you provide me with an image of the defective product along with the original mailed contents as proof. The refund request will be reviewed on a case to case basis.

 

Do note that refund requests will only be valid for 1 week after successful delivery. For other issues or concerns, I encourage you to reach out to me via direct message (DM) and I will do my best to address them in a timely manner!

Q3. WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY?

A3. Strictly no exchanges and returns after purchase.

Q4. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

A4. International Tracked Shipping (2-3 weeks after mailing): $30 (<300g) / $50 (>300g)

Local Tracked Courier (1-2 days after mailing): $4
